Therapy & Counseling With Spirit

Often times we desire to talk with someone in a manner that will help us work through the difficulties we face. However, we become fearful of being judged, misunderstood, criticized, or labeled in one way or another. When someone is willing to help, they may tell us what they think we want to hear or try to fix us from their own experiences.  Although the motivation may be to help, we most likely go without having our needs met. Maybe you begin to blame yourself or have negative internal self-dialogues that further hinder your ability to resolve the challenges you face. These feelings and beliefs can become so overwhelming you feel there are no answers to your dilemmas. Well, I want you to know that this process is repeated everyday in countless lives. It is not an indication of your self-worth or how lovable you are rather  you may need the type of help I can offer.

The most important thing I want you to realize is that of all, it’s not your fault. You’re not weak for doing something about it. You’re not crazy or mentally ill if you have problems with anger, thoughts of suicide, or any other issue. You can find comfort talking to me in a safe, trusting, and caring environment:

When you don’t know what to do

When you’re afraid to reach out for help

When you have trouble admitting there’s a problem

When you want to talk about changing a problem

  1. When you need help making decisions

  2. When you are tying to discover new ways to see and experience choices

  3. Or when you need that warm friend to be with you as you work     through life’s difficulties

Whatever your issue or situation,  I’ll be there to provide you with the type of counseling/therapy that fosters respect, dignity, and decency.

I’ll help you to unlock the door, overcome your fears and anxieties, and start a conversation in a healing environment with someone you can trust. But to start helping yourself, you have to take the first step.
